ERUA invites students to take part in a new virtual “Meet and Study Together” session dedicated to the topic of wellbeing in the era of the climate crisis. This student-led online meeting offers an opportunity to connect with peers across the ERUA alliance, study together, and engage in meaningful discussion on a shared and timely academic theme.

This session is part of an ongoing initiative aimed at creating regular virtual spaces where students can meet, collaborate, and exchange ideas in an international and interdisciplinary learning environment. Co-organised by students for fellow students, the initiative seeks to foster inclusivity, peer learning, and active participation across ERUA partner universities.

The upcoming meeting will focus on how the climate crisis affects individual and collective wellbeing, including mental, emotional, and social dimensions. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on personal experiences, academic perspectives, and possible responses to these challenges within university communities.

The meeting will take place online on 15 January 2026, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. (CET). The session will follow a semi-guided format, with discussion questions and thematic prompts prepared by the student organisers to support open dialogue and collaborative learning.

With this event, ERUA continues to strengthen a supportive academic community that enables students to broaden their perspectives, deepen their understanding of contemporary global challenges, and connect with peers across the ERUA network.
