Queer Connect: Monthly Networking Space for Queer Students Across ERUA
Within the framework of the ERUA – European Reform University Alliance, students from partner universities are invited to take part in Queer Connect, a monthly online networking round designed to bring together queer students and student initiatives from across the alliance.
Hosted by the European University Viadrina, the initiative offers a safe and open virtual space where participants can introduce themselves, connect with peers from different ERUA universities, exchange experiences, and discuss topics related to queer visibility and support within academic communities.
Each meeting takes place online and includes a short thematic input presented by students or initiatives, followed by an informal discussion. The sessions aim to foster dialogue, mutual support, and collaboration among students who are interested in promoting inclusivity and awareness of queer topics within their universities.
The networking round is open not only to queer students but also to anyone interested in supporting and making queer perspectives more visible in the university environment.
The next meeting will take place online on 18 March at 1:00 p.m. (CET).
