Activation of a agreement

HOW TO ACTIVATE AN AGREEMENT - Interships in Italy

To host trainees at your own venues, the host institution must concluding a Convention of training, formation and orientation with the University of Macerata.

The agreement may be downloaded and filled after you have done the on line registration. The company's referent, after having had access on the reserved area with his own credentials, may download the form from the section 'conventions' of the navigation menu to the right.

In order to formalize the agreement it will be necessary to send through postal mail or delivery at the Stage Office (Via  Don Minzoni, 17 - from Monday to Friday 9.30/12.30) 1 original specimens of the convention of training, formation and orientation comprehensive substitute declaration of certification (for private companies) duly completed and signed by the representative legal of the company. In charge of the host institution is expected the application of a 'marca da bollo'  of 16,00 Euros on the original specimens of the convention (only if it is a private company not comparable to ONLUS).
The Stage Office, once subscribed the convention from the Magnificent Rector, or his delegate, will give back one specimen.

 In case of training at a PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION the convention has to be subscribed with digital signature by company's representative legal, punishment for the absence of the act and transmitted with PEC at ateneo@pec.unimc.it.

 The convention will be signed within 30 days of receipt of the proposal.
