FORMATIVE PROJECTS - As of 01/11/2016, the start-up of the formative project takes place through on-line procedure indicated in this web page. From the same date, formative projects prepared with the paper form will not be accepted.

ATTENDANCE TABLE for internships in the online mode – If the whole internship, or part of it, is carried out in the online mode, it is necessary to use the attendance table that can be downloaded from the following link.

HOST INSTITUTION TUTOR AND INTERN EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRES – The host institution and the intern can fill the evaluation questionnaires through a procedure activated in their personal areas in the web site http://studenti.unimc.it. Once in the section Internships and Work Placements/Internship Management, they should click on the link available on the table. It is necessary to refer to the links indicated in this web page.
However, the students attending the degree courses Policy Making and Planning of Social Work (LM-87), Theories, Cultures and Techniques for the Social Services (LM-39) and the one-cycle Master's degree of Primary Education Science (LM-85bis), must use the forms provided by their respective departments. The students attending these courses are advised to see the web site of their departments.
