FORM TEMPLATES IN THE FOREIGN LANGUAGES

- Form template in French (if the company/institution has not an agreement with the University yet). It must be filled and delivered in duplicate original copies, together with an identity document of the signatory.

HOW TO DRAFT THE TRAINING PROJECT

The host institution can draft the training project electronically, after having logged into the University portal. Both these procedures are explained in two guides that can be found in this web page.
